Designation: Sales Manager
Location: Pune & Jaipur, India
AskMe is looking for an aggressive and experienced individual to lead our inside sales team in business development activities. You must be comfortable working U.S. business hours. On a daily basis the sales team manager will be charged with making cold calls and managing a sales team focused on growing AskMe’s prospect pipeline. Strong communication skills are a must with excellent verbal and written skills in English. Familiarity selling into the U.S. market is a big plus. You must also have demonstrated experience in prospecting and growing an account list, as well as closing sales. Top performers in this position will have expanded responsibilities and growth opportunities as they meet or exceed expectations.
Job Requirements:
o 2-5 years experience in software sales role
o BA/BS degree or equivalent mandatory, MBA or advanced business degree preferred
Job Responsibilities:
• Proactively prospecting and qualifying potential new enterprise accounts
• Handling incoming leads
• Meeting quarterly revenue targets
• Pitching new business
• Creating and updating sales proposals
• Developing account and segment strategies
• Running prospect meetings and demos
• Managing inside sales staff and providing individual coaching
