Requirement details Sr Systems Analyst (Technical Specialist)
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
„X Hands on person who can do coding and manage a team.
„X Understand business requirements, interpret into system solutions and develop a design ensuring all possible scenarios have been covered
„X Create and coordinate prototype and demonstration sessions as a proof of concept
„X Create and document technical design solutions
„X Assist in testing, which includes performance and stress; interpret statistics to ensure a stable, quality system is maintained
„X Work closely with developers to ensure quality development practices (tuning, error handling, auditing, re-usable processes, etc.)
„X Able to provide tuning and design/architecture improvements to existing code solutions
„X Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task across projects and prioritize
„X Able to mentor junior team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
„X 10+ years overall IT experience
„X 8+ years of Oracle & SQL experience
„X experience with large data warehouse projects as a lead architect
„X Good understanding of industry best practices (Initial design, process logging, error logging, communications, reusable processes, etc.)
„X Excellent technical documentation skills (use of ER diagrams) & SDLC
„X Good knowledge of hardware and software capabilities
„X Highly motivated individual with good customer relationship & support skills and the ability to learn quickly
„X Good communication skills and self starter
„X Objective-oriented with dedication and commitment to job duties
Avon Experience:
„X 3+ years experience with marketing and/or supply chain systems a plus
External Experience:
Other Special Requirements:
Software Certifications a plus
