POSITION SUMMARY

Direct and manage the engineering staff who develop system test strategies, test plans, and executes systems level software testing of Ethernet, Transport, Storage, Access, Network Management products/interfaces and embedded agents. Provide guidance on the development of automated software test tools and provide feedback to development team.

This position requires collaboration with multi-site R&D centers to create synergy in product validation and testing while acting as a “Subject Matter Expert” and administrative head of the systems validation group.

Requires a BSEE, or BSCS with at least 15 years experience in telecommunications systems engineering and test and experience or skills in the area of managing engineering staff
