Job Description
Will be at the middle management level, a link between the agents and the senior management
Will be responsible for the over all performance of the team
Will be a part of the training and feedback sessions conducted for the agents
Will have to report and maintain the data for the team
Will be involved in client interaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have team handling experience, candidates from any industry can apply
Candidates with BPO and Recruitment background will be preferred
Should have good communication and presentation skills
Should have sound decision making and people management skills
Should be proficient with MS office
Should be target oriented
Graduation is a must.Experience of
minimum 6 months required.
