Deepak Bhasin: Mr. Bhasin has more than 28 years experience encompassing a full complement of global project experience from business development, program management, engineering, construction, and startup for projects $450 million total installed cost. He has a zero lost time accident record in management of engineering and construction projects. With excellent client relationships, he has been rewarded with additional projects on sole source basis. Mr Bhasin also has experience in leading teams of subcontractors, technical consultants and technology providers to meet project and client goals. He has hands-on experience in building, integrating and leading multiple/remote office project execution teams. With a focus on predictability, Mr. Bhasin has successfully implemented a gated project execution process that delivers "as-sold" value to clients. He has a disciplined approach towards scope creep and management of change.
As Vice President of Operations for CH2M HILL based in Denver, Mr. Bhasin is responsible for project delivery in the energy business lines that include, gasification, refining, alternative energy, ethanol and pipelines. Mr. Bhasin is also responsible to build talent and mentor a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure successful project execution and personal development. Mr. Bhasin's present role is to set up the Global Engineering & Design Centre in India.
Joseph Mathew: Joe is a Chemical Engineer with over 38 years global experience in the Engineering & Construction industry and has worked in many capacities - as a Project Manager, VP Operations, GM International Business Development and Country Manager and Head of a Strategic Business for the largest E & C corporation in India.
As the Operations Director, Joe will responsible for Project Delivery for the Center with a focus on meeting our internal and external client goals.
Neeraj Khera: HOD Piping Neeraj holds a B.E. (Mechanical) from Gulbarga University & MS (Consultancy Management) from BITS, Pilani. He carries a rich experience of 16 years which includes overseas projects in USA, UK, UAE, and South Korea.
Naveen K Goyal HOD Electrical: Naveen holds a B.E. (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee & M.Tech from IIT New Delhi. He has more than 14 years experience which includes overseas projects in USA, UK, UAE, Latin America and India.
Krishnendu Sen HOD Process: Krishnendu is M. Tech Chemical Engineer from IIT Kanpur. He has more than 24 years of experience in Basic and Detailed Engineering of Process Plants.
