ALPES SUISSES , located in Kinshasa, D.R. Congo, Western Africa, is the largest icecream manufacturer in West Africa under the brand name “UNCLE JOHN” with about 12000 lit. of icecream manufacture per day.
It is one of the largest companies of Radiocom group operating in several countries like Uganda,Canada,Belgium in the areas of Coffee manufacture, Electronics trading, Lubricants Trading, Telecom etc.
It has over 1000 working staff and has a wide area of operations in Kinshasa.
The production is centralized in Kinshasa, Congo with latest state of the art imported machinery from Italy .
Now it needs a PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE for its plant at Kinshasa,D.R.Congo
The candidate should be B.Sc/B.Tech in Dairy Technology from a reputed institute.
The age should be between 25 and 30 years
The candidate should have atleast 3 years exclusive experience in a medium/large scale icecream factory producing about 6000 lit of icecream and related products per day.
He should be well versed with GMP/ISO 9001-2000/HACCP procedures.
Should be well versed with all the daily/monthly production and material reports and material audit procedures and FIFO systems in Finished goods cold rooms.
Should be capable of handling a work force of abt 300 including casuals.
Should be fluenced in English speaking and writing and should be a computer literate.
Salary will be as per the experience and qualifications but will not be constrain for a good candidate.
Also the company will provide furnished accommodation, transport for officical purposes,local medical allowance , visa,work permit expenses, passage to India once in 2 years.Family status will be allowed after 12 months of joining.
