1.Team Lead - .NET (3~5 yrs)

Required skill sets:
-Strong knowledge in C#, ASP.NET, AJAX.NET SQL Server, Web Services, and Design Patterns.
-Experience in Application Performance tuning and profiling tools.
-Architectural design experience is desirable.
-Good communication skills.
-Strong process knowledge.
-Experience as Senior developer mentoring more Junior developers

Responsibilities:
-Work with Project Manager to translate design into product including programming, testing and implementation of tasks.
-Lead a team of developers.

2.Project Lead - .NET

Required skill sets: (5~10 yrs)
-Must have good experience in leading a team.
-Hands on experience with C# programming including .NET Frame Work, ASP.NET ADO.NET and SQL Server 2000.
-Active participation in technical design review including authoring of tech. specifications
-Experience in design & development of application software using ASP .Net, VB .Net, SQL Server.
-Understanding of software engineering development and quality processes and strong product quality awareness
-Should be able to evaluate tools and products for architecture design and make recommendations
-Ability to work independently, Self-motivated.
-Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:
-Work with Project Manager to translate design into product including programming, testing and implementation of tasks.
-Lead a team of developers.

3. .NET Architect

-Overall, 8+ years of experience in architecting and designing Microsoft applications with at least 2 year in .NET.
-Hands-on experience on the .NET platform with Architecting/Designing experience on at least 3 .NET full life cycle projects.
-Exposure to .NET 3.0 (WCF, WPF, WWF and CS).
-Experience in Requirement Analysis.
-Strong UML experience, DB Design skills.
-Experience in design tools like Visio, Rational.
-Knowledge of Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture, EAI knowledge is a plus. MCSD certification would be a plus.
-In addition of technical depth and breadth, architect requires excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Responsibilities
-The vision of the .NET Architect role is to provide technical leadership at the highest level on a .NET project or program and to ensure the integrity and continuity of the application architecture of the entire portfolio of solutions within the scope of the project. The Architect will envision and construct the architecture for .NET projects that are suited to meet both the short-term needs of the project and the longer-range goals of transforming application architecture. .NET Architect would report to Program Manager/Project Manager.
-The Architect will be responsible for activities under three core areas Technology Solution Decision and Implementation, Processes and Mentoring: Work with customer or team to understand and articulate business requirements. Create a feasible and optimized architecture and design to provide technical direction regarding solution design and development.
-Own implementation of data model and incorporate security requirements in the application.
-Design a robust, performance effective and scalable technical solution.
-Provide technical consultancy to customer and team to be able to meet the business requirements in the most feasible and efficient manner.

4. Pre-Sales - .NET

1. Worked in a similar position (pre-sales for .NET projects) or at least worked as a .NET Tech Lead for about 2 years and willing to switch to a techno-commercial position
2. Excellent communication/strong command over English
3. Experience in effort/cost estimation
4. Experience in preparing technical proposals
5. Ability to map requirements/user stories/scenarios to high level .NET solution architectural components

Nice to Have:

1. Exposure to scientific estimation techniques like Functional Point Analysis
2. Experience working with US/Australia/Europe clients
3. One foreign language (like French) other than English

5. Senior Developers (3+ yrs)

-Advanced C#/ASP.NET with strong OOPS background
-Agile / Scrum Methodology

6. Developers (1+ yrs)
