AVP HR (corporate) - Position reports to Head HR
Experience - 8-10 yrs Compensation - 20L+ variable
Desired : MBA - Hr from premium institute
Role : Based at the Corporate office will drive PMS, compensation strategy, support business on staffing, OD initiatives, etc
MGR HR - 2positions - position reports to AVP HR
Experience -5-6yrs Compensation - 12L+ variable
Desired : MBA - Hr from premium institute
Will support the AVP in the above mentioned initiatives
Desired skills in the above roles : Excellent Interpersonal skills, Team oriented , Strategic thinking, Goal setting and achievement, Delegation and empowerment abilities
Analytical ability, Coaching and counseling skills, Decision making, Planning skills
Mandatory : past experience in a Global organization/ MNC or a Large process driven Indian corporate preferable from the FMCG / Banking/Finance/Insurance Sector company.
